Love Letters

I am so excited to get back to you and share how much we LOVED our day!  We owe it all to the incredible staff at Merri-Makers and Ashford.

It’s hard to put into words how spectacular our day was. Best day of our lives by far. We were blown away by the support we had throughout the entire day! All the girls helping me were amazing, and the guest could not stop raving about how amazing the food and venue was.

Everything was perfect. We are so grateful for the support from Laura throughout the entire planning process. She was a dream to work with and I am not sure we would have been able to do it without her. Thank you thank you thank you! I have been telling everyone I know that this is the best wedding venue in NJ!!

I wanted to take a moment to thank the entire staff at the Ashford Estate for the best weekend of our lives.

Down to the individual, each person made us feel like royalty. Literally our every need was met, sometimes before we even anticipated it. I actually said to guests, “I felt like there were invisible elves who magically appeared and I had no idea how or when stuff got done!”

The bridal attendants were attentive, lovely and kind without ever getting in the way…

The bartenders who miraculously memorized guests’ drink orders….

The Maitre d and wait-staff continuously swooped in as if they were reading my mind…

The food was BANGIN’.. (the #1 most loved food by our guests were the scallops during cocktail hour)

The grounds were BEAUTIFUL….

And a few “moments” that stood out—-

*the ladies holding closed the barn doors, right before my daughter walked down the aisle, were so sensitive, understanding and kind to her when she was too nervous to go in…

*How I walked in during rehearsal drop off, babbled what all the stuff I was dropping off was for…

and it all appeared in the correct place at the correct time with the most adequate amount of care!!!

*Taylor, keeping my ROWDY family in line before being announced in reception and getting them to listen to her…

(no small feat HAHA)

Lauren and Mark’s wedding was magnificent! We were so happy we choose to have our daughter’s wedding at the Ashford Estate. Every detail was perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff was so attentive and kind.

Lauren and Mark had a dream wedding and they couldn’t be more thankful for the wedding experience at the Ashford Estate. If we could change anything it would be that we extended the cocktail hour to 1 &1/2 hours as everything flew be that day. Our guests have raved and complemented that this was the best wedding they ever attended!

We want to thank you and the entire staff from the chef to the severs and the bridal attendants who made our day so special! Please extend our appreciation and gratitude to everyone at the Ashford Estate and Merri Makers Catering for making our wedding amazing!

Now that the dust has settled  I wanted to take this time to thank you once again for the amazing wedding held at the Bonnet. You made it look easy (which I am sure that it is not!) and that allowed me to relax and have and terrific time at my daughter’s wedding!

I heard nothing but positive feedback from my family and friends from the scenery, food and even how clean everything was!  Many of the people that attended said it was the best wedding they ever went to! Of course, my husband and I were so happy with these comments!
