My wife and myself personally want to thank you for an outstanding job you did organizing and making Sam and Mikes wedding day a success. Every detail was carefully thought out from Sam’s wedding dress being treated like gold, to first look, the groom shack, the amazing bridal suite, to introductions, and to everything else. You and the staff should be applauded for making Sam and Mike’s Wedding day the best day of their lives.

The food was outstanding from appetizers, to main course, and of course all the desserts. You gave our family and guests all the things we needed at Mallard Island Yacht Club and made it feel like it was our own home. It was so comfortable, spacious, and warm inside. The grounds were so beautiful, which made photographs extra special. The chapel is as beautiful a setting as there is! Walking my daughter down the aisle made me very emotional and proud at the same time.

The venue will be a special place in our hearts forever….. Thank you for working with Samantha so closely and making her day that much easier. I can go on and on, but there isn’t enough time…😂…..We are forever grateful to you and the Mallard staff for everything you have done to make our daughter’s wedding day a perfect and beautiful occasion. Many of our guests mentioned it was the best wedding they ever attended. Gianna thanks again for everything…. We are truly blessed!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bonnet and the entire Merri-Makers team. From start to finish, they made the entire wedding planning process smooth and stress-free, and on the big day, everything ran perfectly.

They never rushed us, ensured we had everything we needed, and created an experience that was beyond exceptional—truly a 10/10. The food was phenomenal, the service was impeccable, and the venue itself was breathtaking.

We got married here a few weeks ago, and our guests are still reaching out to say it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. We wish we could relive this day all over again. Andrea and Nancy were absolutely amazing, and we feel so grateful to have worked with them.

Dear Laura,

Again, thank you for an exceptional experience during our daughter Morgan’s wedding to Santos on Friday, October 18^th.

The staff was so attentive!  A special thank you to Megan, Taylor, Sarah, Frank, Debbie, and Luanne. They were professional, friendly, organized and attentive, seeing to our every need. It was such an easy event to be a part of.

The food was delicious and we received many compliments; a shout out to the chef and kitchen staff!

It was a perfect day and the Ashford Estate was the perfect venue to hold this special occasion.

If you really want to WOW your guests, Merri-Makers is your catering company!

The cocktail hour displays they put on, the entree options, the strolling desserts, they CRUSHED IT!   Almost a month out I still have people calling and texting me just about the food at our wedding!

I wish we could go back in time just so I can eat the food again! We got to attend a tasting which really helped with our food selections. You truly cannot go wrong with hiring Merri-Makers!

10/10!! We absolutely loved having our wedding at Mallard! It’s a beautiful wedding venue with many different party spaces for your wedding day. The chapel was absolutely stunning for our ceremony, cocktail hour was in the garden and downstairs area, and the reception space was awesome! They have window doors that they were able to open up once our reception started and it created such a cool and versatile space! There was a bar set up out on the balcony and it looked amazing. The grounds have so many amazing spaces for photo opportunities for the bride and groom as well as their guests. Getting ready in their bridal suite was absolutely incredible. It was such a dream of a day. Nothing was missed, right down to the swans swimming in the water all day by the chapel!!!

Everything ran so smoothly thanks to their amazing staff. Gianna is just the best wedding coordinator EVER. She was always there to answer any and every question I had. She was ON IT!! The entire year leading up and the day of the wedding. She helped me solution and put me at ease so many times throughout the wedding planning process. I didn’t hire a wedding planner and I didn’t feel like I really needed one with all of her help! We honestly had zero problems come up the day of! The bridal attendants were great, always checking in on me to make sure I had what I needed and keep me updated on how things were moving along. My husband and I never didn’t have a drink in our hands and stayed fed all day thanks to them!

Speaking of food.. WOW!! Everything was incredible. Right after our ceremony we were taken up to the bridal suite to trays and trays filled with food from cocktail hour so we didn’t miss out! Everything was so delicious. Our guests said they couldn’t believe how much food we had and how delicious it was! We were able to attend a tasting before the wedding and it really helped us make our selections for the day of, which wasn’t easy! I want to go back in time just to eat all of the food again!

If you’re looking for a beautiful venue, incredible food (it truly is incredible, food was a big thing for us!!), and the most attentive staff to work with, Mallard Island Yacht Club is your place! I am one HAPPY bride!! Much love!

The best team in the business for sure!

From start to finish the Merri-makers team was incredible. From the planning stage and deciding on a venue to the wedding day itself, Gianna and the team were the best. They made the day everything we dreamed of covered every little detail and made sure everything we wanted was in place – they were all so nice and personable and played a role themselves in making the day so special.

Would recommend them in a heartbeat!! They know what they are doing!!

I have always dreamed of getting married at Bonnet Island Estate since I was a little girl and still could not have imagined the experience we had on our wedding day! Thank you so much!! We couldn’t have asked for a better day! Merri-Makers and the staff that worked our wedding were nothing short of amazing!

The food was absolutely delicious and guests as are we are still RAVING about the food. Everything was delicious and so well prepared. The cocktail hour was a definite show stopper for our guests they were amazed with the selection and the amount of details that were put into every passed appetizer and every station.

My husband absolutely loved that he could get the picture he always dreamed of with having a tomahawk for dinner. And my dad was VERY grateful that the chefs saved the bones for his dogs. In addition to save the bones they saved one that still had a whole tomahawk steak on it and we enjoyed having a delicious dinner the day after. Thank you so much for being part of our day!
