Then as your guests enter cocktail hour, why not greet them with a delicious pumpkin spice martini?! That coupled with our butternut squash risotto hors-d’oeuvres makes for the perfect fall pairing!
Moving into the reception you could begin with our harvest duet: pumpkin soup accompanied by gorgonzola stuffed roasted pear wrapped in prosciutto topped with a white balsamic honey reduction over mesclun field greens.
