Hurricane Irene – Water’s Edge Beach Club took a hit, but we rebuilt and were back up and running quickly

Hurricane Sandy – With major storm, we lost Water’s Edge Beach Club – but our Edison HQ had fish in building – up and open in 2 weeks

Stopped Food Manufacturing – closed R. Ryan Bott Inc

2017

Birth of M2 Concessions LLC & Belmar Lease

2018

February release from NJ Expo Lease – sold to Kettlebells

Bought Allen Farms – Brick

2019

Leased Kitchen from Gibbs Estate in Eatontown

2019 - 2020

Began to build new Corporate Headquarters and Commissary Kitchen

Worldwide Pandemic

Mallard Island Yacht Club as exclusive caterer

End of Belmar Lease

Moved into new Brick Headquarters building

Executed record-breaking 300 weddings in one year (Post-pandemic events were held after being pushed back during 2020 pandemic) - Hired a lot of staff

Opened the Chef’s Market

Owner and Founder Rick Bott had Open Heart Surgery and recovered quickly
