Love Letters

I did send a quick email to Gianna just a few days after the wedding expressing how overly thrilled and delighted we were with how everything was at the Mallard and with Merri- Makers. Everything was absolutely perfect. Gianna from the very first day we met her was always so welcoming and attentive to our questions and concerns. She truly was the absolute best!!! She kept Lauren on a timetable that was do able and therefore made the entire wedding planning so easy.

As far as the actual day…… everything was perfect. We were so relaxed and comfortable in the bridal suite getting ready. The girls had an absolute blast dancing and relaxing while getting their hair and makeup done. The bridal assistant Jordan was so sweet and got us anything we needed. We barely knew Alex Rivera was there taking pictures yet all of his pictures were candid and beautiful from the bridal suite.

The trolley to the Church was seamless and on time. If there were any snags we knew nothing about them. We were actually a few minutes early for the church which was perfect so the ceremony went off right at 3PM.

The cocktail hour was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately I didn’t try everything which was my own fault. I was taking a break in the bridal suite freshening up and when I returned Nancy did tell me they brought a sampler to my family which was so nice of them. I was able to try most of the appetizers and my guests said all of the food was delicious. The reception was also beautiful. The food was delicious and they even came around to everyone with seconds. The bartenders were also very attentive. All the guest said they worked so hard and they barely had to wait for a drink. They were pleasant and friendly to everyone!!

The day was just perfect and I know that is because of all the hard work the Mallard and Merri-Makers did to make it perfect. We are just so pleased with how everything turned out.

I also wanted to let you know all the guests mentioned to me how nice and attentive your staff was. On more than one occasion the guest complimented the staff.

Again I cant express enough how absolutely beautiful Lauren and Jake’s Wedding day turned out. And I know it is all because of how professional and kind everyone at the Mallard and Merri-Makers have been through this entire process. Thank you thank you for a beautiful memorable day. Oh and by the way everyone said it was the best wedding they have ever been to!!!!

Everything was great ! Our guests could not believe the amount of food available and how delicious it was. We received so many compliments on the cocktail hour and the entrees.

The staff was very friendly and very attentive. We also received compliments from numerous tables saying their waiter/waitress were extremely nice. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We had an amazing day and we are still getting compliments from our guests almost two weeks after!

Thank everyone for us, we truly appreciate all the help and accommodations we received prior to the wedding and the day of the wedding.   It made our day so much more enjoyable !

After the exuberance of a carefully crafted celebration, when the last traces of euphoria clear, one can’t help but marvel at all the components that went into achieving flawless perfection, like pieces of a fine Swiss watch, and want to express gratitude to all that made that happen.

It is said that it takes a million trifles to achieve perfection but perfection is no trifle. This truism describes my experience with your staff and the impeccable and incomparable beauty that is the Ashford Estate.

Our guests, without exception, were unanimous in their praise of the exquisitely-crafted food and the top-notch professional service. Our friends and family that stayed overnight were even more impressed with the hospitality afforded them by your staff.

For me personally, what I loved best about your staff was that joyful disposition each person brought to their work. A sense of goodwill and genuine happiness was palpable beyond the professionalism and excellence of the services provided. Leaving the impressive gates of the Ashford Estate to return to day-to-day life, I could not help but think that all who attended will look back on this occasion as a mystical, blissful, memory.

In art, what makes a masterpiece a masterpiece is that no matter how much you critique it you can’t find a single element that could be added or taken away to improve the work. Under that definition, I want to thank you for giving my family, my guests and me an absolute masterpiece.

Gianna was phenomenal through the whole planning process, and on the day of, Nancy, Jordan, Kelsey, Sarah, and Lauren were beyond amazing. We were so impressed by how attentive everyone was, and they really worked so well as a team.

The food was absolutely incredible as well. We have gotten so many compliments from guests and also loved that we were able to enjoy the cocktail hour and desserts privately in the bridal suite.
