In my “former” life, not much ruffled me.  Having both of my children’s weddings, engagement parties and showers postponed due to Covid, definitely DID!  I don’t know if it’s my age, the fact that it’s my only daughter’s wedding, the years imagining it and months planning it then having to do it all twice. Had it not been for your constant professionalism throughout this ordeal, I don’t know what I would have done.  From the moment I called you last April to ask, “what happens if we have to cancel the date” to answering yet another deluge of questions from me, your calmness, wealth of information, advice, guidance and patience remained steadfast throughout.  I can’t imagine how difficult the year must have been for you.  Yet, you never displayed anything but kindness and confidence that all would be well in the end.

You pick a place like Ashford Estate hoping, but never truly expecting, to get this kind of service.  From the moment we met with you in September of 2019 (!!), you have been the absolute best to work with.  Ashford Estate is “you”.  They are lucky to have you and so were we.
