The facility will be available only one hour prior for vendors

 

The client and/or vendors are responsible for set up

and removal of all items.

 

We can accommodate a maximum 100 guests with a dance floor;

 120 Guests without a dance floor.

 

The Bride may arrive only ½ hour prior to the event.

 

 

OPTIONS

 

Ceremonies on the Beach

 

As part of the Four Hour event, ceremonies can

be held by the tent for no additional fee.

or

You can add ½ hour to your event for your ceremony

and have Soft Drinks available upon guest arrival

for an additional $500.00.
